While it is possible to still lose belly fat without exercise using our te, it is excellent that you incorporate exercises to keep you healthy. You can incorporate these exercises into your daily routine for better results and a healthier lifestyle.
- Burpees
These are easy to do and do not require the gym. These strengthen your core and are great cardio too.

How to do burpees: Stand straight and keep your feet at shoulder distance and lower yourself in a low squat. Place your arms outside your feet and hop them back placing your chest gently on the floor. Push your hands against the floor to lift yourself in a plank and then jump back up and clap overhead. Repeat this in a set of three 20 minutes workouts.
2. Mountain Climbers
As the name suggests, these are exercises that mimic mountain climbers. To achieve this, get into a bending position with your knees up and make your hands touch the floor. Tighten your belly and mimic climbing movements in that position.

Repeat this at various paces, probably at a fast pace. This exercise will not only help you with your heart rate but also help you strengthen your core.
3. The sprawl
Sprawls are like burpees but on steroids! This is a full-body exercise that is a bit more challenging and will give you more results. It builds muscle as well as helps you burn calories.

Now, remember the traditional burpees we did in step one? In sprawls, you jump up and when coming down you let your lower body touch the ground in a plank position. Then push yourself up on your feet in a jump with your arms stretched apart. You can choose to jump or just stand back right up as jumping can be a bit stressful.
4. Russian Twists
These are great for the belly. It is a core exercise that improves oblique strength and gives the core definition. To do these, sit up tall on the floor with your knees bent and off the ground. Hold a weighted ball and move it side to side with your arms. Your torso and feet should be at a 45 degrees angle and your arms a few centimetres away from each other.

Move your waist and tighten your belly for results. This is a great exercise as it works on your body strength, your torso and your belly as well.
